We are looking for a Video Editor responsible for taking raw footage and turning it into one cohesive video or film. The ideal candidate is able to come up with new ideas an implement them, but also follow an outline and script.
Job description:
- Review, color grade, shoot (with iPhone or Camera) and edit videos.
- On-site Photography
- On-site video production
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the videos
- Edit music, dialogues, graphics, animation and effects
- Create logical sequencing and smooth transitions
- Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
- Familiarity with video editing softwares (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
Nice to haves:
- Ability to create and lead a team of videographers and editors
- Knowledge in social media influencing
