Publicity Intern 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Public Relations Intern to join our team. As a Public Relations Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of public relations, including media relations, social media management, and writing/editing. This internship position will provide valuable insights into the field of publicity.

• Duties:
• Assist in drafting press releases and media pitches
• Research outlets for coverage
• Assist in pitching to radio, podcasts, television , influencers and bloggers.
• Conduct research on industry trends
• Assist in research and administrative tasks, as needed
• Assist in researching venues for book events and putting together book tour
• Support the management of social media platforms and create engaging content
• Research and pitch partners
• Assist in organizing and coordinating events
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for PR campaigns

Skills:- 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading
• Knowledge of media relations practices and strategies
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their management
• Ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of public relations principles and practices
