Social Media Intern

The Role:

We're looking for a creative and inspired Social Media Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for a college students with a talent for TikTok, Instagram, digital storytelling and social media trends. You'll play a key role in amplifying our brand voice and engaging our online community, helping us inspire and empower even more entrepreneurs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Craft compelling content for our social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X & TikTok, that resonates with our audience of freelancers and small business owners.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor our social media platforms, responding to comments and messages with the friendly and helpful voice of EZ Bizzy, and engage in relevant online conversations to increase brand visibility.
  • Analytics: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of social media posts and campaigns to understand audience engagement and refine content strategies.
  • Trend Monitoring: Keep a pulse on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table to keep our content innovative and engaging.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support broader campaigns and initiatives, contributing creative ideas and social media insights.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding and active engagement with social media platforms (extra points if you have a personal or business social account you can share as proof of capability).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft engaging and grammatically correct content.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
