We're Expanding Our PERM Advertising Team

We're on the lookout for Project Managers to enhance our Advertising division. This team specializes in recruitment advertising and consulting services tailored for U.S. immigration, assisting lawyers and law firms across the country in representing diverse companies.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Lead the seamless execution of projects by managing tasks among internal and external teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold our high standards through meticulous document review for accuracy and consistency.
  • Timely Delivery: Guarantee the on-time completion of projects within the set scope.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and all project stakeholders.
  • Performance Analytics: Utilize advanced systems and tools to measure and enhance project performance.

We’re Looking For

  • Educational Excellence: A minimum of an Associate's degree is required, though a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, with experience in roles demanding precision.
  • Effective Multitasker: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability: Must be able to work the specified hours and have reliable internet access.
