Social Media Internship

ZAG Creates is on the lookout for a social media intern with genuine enthusiasm for social media who is ready to engage audiences across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook. As a Social Media Intern, you will dive into content creation, strategic thinking, and build cross-functional relationships to elevate our brand's presence online. You'll have the chance to write, edit, and enhance social copy, ensuring alignment with our voice and editorial policies while tracking and analyzing engagement to fuel growth. Your role will involve conceptualizing and executing innovative social media posts, including video and photo editing, and interacting dynamically with our community.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on creation of engaging content across multiple social platforms.
• Strategic analysis and application of social media trends to foster follower growth.
• Innovating and executing content ideas, including visual editing tasks.
• Utilizing various content management and social analytics tools.
• Engaging with the community by monitoring and responding to online interactions.
• Keeping abreast of the latest in social media by participating in relevant events and consuming related content.
• Representing our brand at client events for live social media coverage.
• Actively participating in industry and fan community discussions to maintain a visible and engaged brand presence.

Basic Qualifications:

• Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a significant plus.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• A keen learner with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
• High level of organization and time management skills.
• Competence in data analysis and interpretation.
• Self-motivated and hardworking disposition.

• Demonstrated editorial judgment along with solid writing and editing capabilities.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A good understanding and appreciation of internet pop culture.
