We are searching for a part time variable Family Based Mental Health Professional in the Coudersport area. With this rewarding position you will be working as a team with a case manager, children, adolescents and their families within the home and community setting. You will work with your team to monitor and ensure the quality of effective treatment regarding mental health, family support services and case management. This position gives you the opportunity to be a part of a team that strives to help the people in the community succeed in life.

What Do I Need?
Education and Experience
Master’s Degree in Clinical Discipline, preferably licensed or ability to license.
Social Work, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Nursing or Educational Rehabilitation with a minimum of 48 credit hours.
Two years’ experience in a mental health related field serving children, preferably including the dually diagnosed.

Other Requirements

  • You will maintain all required clearances.
  • You will maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • You must be able to travel.
  • You will have strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will be a highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
  • You will have a proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • You will adhere to all privacy and HIPAA regulations.

What Will I Do?

  • You will participate in developing an individual psychosocial evaluation and treatment plan for each client/family on your caseload.
  • You will monitor and participate in the services described in the treatment plan.
  • You will provide therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups in a competent, professional manner, according to the treatment plan.
  • You will complete assigned reports, documentation, and progress notes in an accurate and timely manner.
  • You will attend and participate with treatment teams, staff meetings and in service meetings as scheduled.
  • You will meet with the Clinical Supervisor for supervision as required.
  • You will present yourself in a professional manner when working with clients.
  • You will maintain a positive professional relationship with all linkage and referral agencies.
  • You will help families develop and implement aftercare treatment plans.

Hours of Work
Hours will vary based on the needs of the clients

What Will I Get?
Billable Rate (Time spent providing direct care to your client)-$40.00/hour

Administrative Rates (functions performed outside of direct client care)
Supervision and Training-$14.00/hour
All other non-billable (e.g., phone calls, documentation, etc.)-$7.50/hour
