Human Resource Coodinator

Venture Tech Solutions, located in Plantation, FL and handles Human Resource services for a number of leading financial institutions. This position is in office. 

Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for Human Resources (People & Culture) functions, to include candidate sourcing, pre-employment recruitment onboarding and orientation, employee engagement and retention, payroll administration (backup), and shared HR Services solutions for our various client’s organization. The HR Coordinator provides people and culture administrative services to ensure the maintenance of company culture and ongoing positive employee experience.

What will you need to be successful in the role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in  Human Resources discipline or equivalent 
  • A strong desire to recruit and retain top talent
  • Desire to further their HR career through certification
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Exercise integrity and the highest level of confidentiality
  • Must have strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
