Fundraising Internship - Haiti Response

ONETrack is a Boston-based US nonprofit that practices alternative orphan-care solutions around the world. Currently Haiti is facing a longstanding crisis that has been exacerbated by escalating gang violence and chronic instability within the government. Waves of violence have displaced thousands of people. There are over 1.2 million orphans and vulnerable children in Haiti and ONETrack International will be working with our partners in the country to support at-risk children and their host families by helping to provide accommodations, provisions of food and school needs throughout the crisis. Our levels of assistance will be based on our ability to raise emergency funds and so we are currently recruiting interns to support these efforts. Our goal is to keep families together, keep children out of institutional care, and contribute to their education and health needs. We are looking for interns for the Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters to help raise additional funding for this project.

These internship opportunities will provide qualified applicants with substantial experience in nonprofit fundraising and development through events planning, donor cultivation, solicitation strategizing, and a fundamental knowledge of Nonprofit Management and program implementation and expansion. Each intern will be encouraged to take a leadership role in spearheading their own fundraising campaigns within the objectives of the development department, depending on one's experience and hours of availability. More on our organization at http://onetrackinternational.org.
