Slide attendants are responsible for the safety of our guests while they are loading, riding, and unloading from the alpine slide and chair lift. At Chestnut Mountain Resort, we strive to provide exceptional experiences to each guest through top-notch guest service.

Chestnut Mountain Resort 365 days of fun includes 60 acres of lift-accessible terrain for Skiing and Snowboarding, Farside Terrain Park, Farside Downhill Mountain Bike Park, Cross Country Mountain Bike Trails, Alpine Slide, Soar Eagle Zipline, Mississippi River Cruises, Disc Golf, Mini Golf and Sunset Dinners.


 

Responsibilities Include:

1) Operate chairlift safely according to on-the-job chairlift safety operation training

2) Assist patrons with loading and unloading from the chairlift

3) Collect tickets from patrons before riding the chairlift and/or the Alpine Slide

4) Properly instruct patrons on the safe usage of sled before use

5) Remove sled from the trough and stack for reuse

6) Maintain cleanliness in a around Alpine Slide vicinity

7) Other duties as assigned


 

Working Conditions

High noise levels, hot, must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
