Sphere Digital Marketing Academic Season 2024-2025 Student Associate Program (Las Vegas)

Who are we hiring? 

As a Digital Media Student Associate, you will learn from and support the Sphere Media team, focusing principally on paid and owned media channels for Sphere. This role is for an organized individual with some marketing and/or media education, excellent time management skills, and eager to participate in a variety of activities to learn more about the field.

What will you do? 

Student Associate Program Overview

This program is designed to create real, valuable opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students to learn, grow, and explore MSG Entertainment, MSG Sports, and Sphere. As a Student Associate, you will gain valuable experience that will be applicable throughout your career. While participating in the Student Associate Program, students will have the opportunity to work with our employees to get a full understanding of the business. We also provide additional learning and development opportunities through an executive speaker series, mentorship program, career development workshops, and other social events.

Sphere Digital Marketing

  • Contribute and assist in build and closeout of digital media campaigns across all Sphere channels.
  • Assist in social boosting activations under the guidance of Digital Media Manager and Social team media flowcharts and plans. 
  • Assist in trafficking, tracking, and reporting of digital media campaigns.
  • Assist in the requests of creative assets working with Sphere Brand and Marketing team.

What do you need to succeed?  

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Experience in Media Planning: digital campaign development and execution; reviewing media metrics and reporting
  • Working knowledge of how Media/Advertising fits within Marketing departments and how it serves to meet overall business objectives
  • High level of professionalism and enthusiasm 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Ability to multitask 
  • Marketing, Digital or Advertising major preferred
  • Computer skills required: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Requirements: 

  • This role is based in Las Vegas. No relocation flexibility.
  • Must be available to work 21-35 hours a week.  
  • Must be available from early October- end of April. 
  • Must be enrolled as a rising junior, senior, or graduate student. 
  • Must have a GPA of 3.2 or above.
