Foster Family Agency Case Manager
Case Manager II, III
One (1) Full-time/Non-Exempt/Exempt Licensed/Salary Range: $72,072 - $89,544 Annually (DOE)
Additional Pay differentials - must qualify through program, shift, testing, or verification.
*Experience 2 years Post CA BBS Licensure Direct Service ($1.00 per hour)
*Language Translation - Bi-cultural Spanish ($1.00 per hour)
*Bimodal Bilingualism - ASL Sign Language - Interpret from American Sign Language (ASL) to English, and English to ASL. ($1.00 per hour)
Aids resource parents in supporting and meeting the needs of youth in foster care, who have joined their resource family. Provide case management duties such as assist sing with recruitment and resource family approvals. This is currently a part time position but could grow into 3/4 or full time.
Education:
Must have Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Human Services, or be enrolled in a master's degree program with at least 2 years of experience performing case management duties in a human service field. Bilingual preferred, not required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CA Driver's License, Current Auto Insurance, Clean DMV Printout, clear background check w/ DOJ, CACI, FBI, CPR and First Aid Certified. TB Test and Physical at the time of employment.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: This position may work within ALL other agency programs, consistent with their scope of practice, on a as needed basis. In addition, may require occasional flexible work schedule to meet the individualized needs of each client and program.
