Project Team Member


MAJOR PURPOSE:
This position works under the leadership of a PAS Leadership Team and is focused on providing services as part of the project team and in support of the Sr. Consultants and Consultants to allow for maximum effectiveness. This position will work to ensure that both the customer’s goals and PAS’ goals are met. The position within PAS will help you become knowledgeable in deploying accounting systems for hospitality companies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/Responsibilities:
1.      Learn to follow general consulting guidelines
a.      Communicate with Sr. Consultants and Consultants in a timely and professional manner
b.      Maintain project documentation and provide frequent updates to the project lead/project manager
c.      Provide task specific remote customer training under the direction of the Consultant and/or Sr. Consultant.
d.      Be informed and aware of project scope, milestones and deadlines.
e.      Ensure maximum effectiveness
f.       Assist with testing standard environments for customer deployments
2.      Learn implementation projects for PAS and how to provide consulting services
a.      Become of customer requirements as provided in design from the Sr. Consultant
b.      Provide documentation to include, but not limited to: visit reports, help docs, analysis etc.
c.      Support the Sr. Consultant and Consultant on projects for maximum efficiency and billable utilization
d.      Participate in the configuration, testing and delivery of the project based upon requirements and guidance from the Sr. Consultant
e.      Create reports as per scope
f.       Perform Data Migration and Reconciliation
3.      Build product skills and utilization
a.      Seek out and take necessary training to build product skills
b.      Perform services across multiple engagements concurrently
4.      Assist/Lean Support Desk
5.      Other duties as may be assigned by the department director.
