Marketing Analyst

The Company: The Libman Company (www.libman.com) is a 4th-generation, family-owned consumer products manufacturer of cleaning tools (brooms, mops, brushes) and other cleaning products (sponges, chemicals etc). The vast majority of our products are manufactured in our state of the art 1.8 million square foot facility located in Arcola, IL. We have a strong brand and distribution nationally in the retail and commercial markets. Libman is a major market leader in the USA and also has an international presence in over 15 other countries. We own a major cleaning tools brand in Australia called Sabco, along with one in Europe called Dishmatic. We are actively looking to continue our growth.

Summary/Objective 
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for developing and updating sales materials and communication pieces in support of our Sales Team.  This position will also be responsible for analyzing sales information and providing reports/tables/charts to be used in sales meetings internally and with retail customers.

Essential Functions

  1. Develop sales materials/product samples/newsletters/mailers/etc. to enable our sales organization to successfully present initiatives to retail partners.
  2. Utilize data sources to develop reports, presentations and sales information for management and sales use.
  3. Collaborate and manage internal (Graphics/Sales) and external data resources (Circana/Nielsen) appropriately to achieve plans.
  4. Flawlessly execute new initiatives and coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  5. Collaborate and design communication materials for shows attended by sales people and retail customers.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Business or Communication major preferred).
  • 2-3 years of business experience preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • This position will require the incumbent to be on-site at our corporate headquarters in Arcola, IL.
