Inside Sales Executive

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue by reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals. You will work closely with our sales team, utilizing your excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage with prospects and convert them into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
Qualify leads to determine their suitability and interest in our products/services.
Maintain a database of prospects and effectively manage leads through the sales pipeline.
Sales Engagement:

Communicate our value proposition clearly and persuasively to prospects.
Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
Address any questions or concerns raised by prospects and provide accurate information to facilitate their decision-making process.
Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and keep them engaged.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance and support throughout the sales process.
Closing Deals:

Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Prepare and finalize sales contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Collaboration and Reporting:

Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and strategies.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or technology-related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

About the Role:
· Use a mixture of outbound calling, emailing, and marketing campaign follow up to organize meetings between prospective customers and the LHH sales team
Build a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new leads through creative outreach
· Accurately qualify new prospective customer accounts, based upon established criteria
· Introduce prospective clients to our company and our product offering
· Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
· Conduct baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting calls and introductory sales meetings
· Maintain knowledge of market conditions & competitive activities and use these to identify opportunities in the market

 

 

 


Experience Required:
1+ years of work experience in a pipeline generation role as Sales Executive in technology staffing

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
· Demonstrated track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environment
· Demonstrated business, professional and sales/customer acumen, with the ability to develop credibility quickly with stakeholders/decision makers
· Understanding of B2B data sources and tools (e.g., Sales Force, Outreach, Sales Navigator etc.)
· Goal-oriented, has ownership, curiosity
· Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
· Ability to work autonomously
