The impact you’ll make:

Being a part of our Talent Acquisition Team is more than just filling jobs. You'll champion both the business partners and talent to ensure a successful candidate experience, manage all parts of the recruiting process from sourcing to offer, and play a key role in identifying and deploying TA function process improvements.

What you’ll do:

  • Source qualified talent through various sources including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, user groups, networking, referrals, and other creative means
  • Conduct interviews and make offers for a subset of roles across the organization
  • Work closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition Team to learn various hiring processes and best practices
  • Ensure an incredible candidate experience for everyone we interact with, positively reflecting the ABG employment brand
  • Accurately manage data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 

What we’re looking for:

 Rising Junior or Senior

  • The resilience to operate effectively in a matrix organization within a fast-paced industry, during a period of significant change and growth.
  • Critically, you must display a high sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure dealing with multiple competing priorities and a demanding workload
