Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at PECO International Electric, you will play a pivotal role in servicing and maintaining our current customer base while spearheading the growth of our new customer segments. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our products and services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

        1. Client Servicing and Relationship Management:

  • Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Address any concerns or issues raised by clients promptly and effectively, striving to exceed their expectations at every opportunity.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and partner in their business success.

        2. New Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential customers in line with our strategic growth objectives, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new customers, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a steady pipeline of business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads, promote our offerings, and enhance brand visibility in the marketplace.

 

        3. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

  • Stay abreast of market developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the electrical equipment industry, providing valuable insights to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct regular analysis of sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the electrical equipment or industrial sector.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving business growth.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a customer-centric approach.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Bilingual required.
