Program Integrity AmeriCorps Member

The Program Integrity AmeriCorps Member supports the Healthy Meal Out of School Department, which provides eligible afterschool programs and summer camps with delicious, nutritious meals at their community location. The member will be responsible for a wide range of activities related to the meal ordering process and site record verification, ensuring all concerns are resolved within a specified time frame while providing high levels of customer service to all meal sites. 


 We are seeking a highly detailed-oriented individual who has outstanding aptitude for completing repetitive tasks, catching errors, executing precise action plans, and meeting strict deadlines. 

Duties Include: 

  • Processes and completes weekly order review for approximately 170 summer meal locations.
  • Conducts review of all meal requests and relevant paperwork for error-free submission each week.
  • Cross-reference supporting documents, such as Field Trip Forms and participation data, to minimize loss potential of non-reimbursable meals.
  • Provide technical assistance as required to meal sites regarding orders and related documentation.
  • Validate site training records.
  • Evaluate paperwork completed by site staff and provide direct feedback to assigned Program Monitors for correction and further support
  • Prepare and store program spreadsheets and reports as directed.
  • Collaborate and update Senior Program Manager on a continual basis.
  • Work cooperatively and maintain a positive rapport with FLIPANY staff, board members and volunteers.

Qualifications: 

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • A high school Degree
  • Administrative and customer service experience
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.

This location requires a total service commitment of 300 hours.

Benefits include

  •  Living Allowance of $3,000.00; paid out biweekly ($600.00)
  •   Education Award of $1,459.26; earned at the end of term.
  •   30 hours a week
