Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and assist in creating visually appealing flyers that align with our brand guidelines. As a Graphic Designer for The Reading Village, you will play a crucial role in communicating our mission and promoting our programs and events through creative and eye-catching designs.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create engaging and visually appealing flyer designs that adhere to our brand guidelines.
- Incorporate relevant imagery, typography, and design elements to effectively convey key messages.
- Ensure that all designs are consistent with our organization's branding and visual identity.
- Collaborate with team members to review and refine designs based on feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing flyer design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
- Knowledge of print production processes and specifications is a plus.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and the ability to work within established brand identities.
