UX/UI Designer Internship

About Us: At Transparency Wise, we are committed to fostering innovation and creativity in the realm of technology. As an intern, you will have the invaluable opportunity to work alongside our talented team, gaining hands-on experience with real-world projects and daily tasks.
Position Overview: Under the guidance of a technical manager, you will contribute to the ongoing development of our technology while delving into the intricacies of UX/UI design. This internship runs from June to the end of August, with interns expected to commit up to 40 hours per week. Each intern will be paired with a dedicated supervisor and mentor, ensuring a supportive and enriching learning environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating on the documentation of functional and technical requirements
- Assisting in the development of process documentation
- Contributing to the creation and execution of test cases
- Providing support for training initiatives
- Conducting research and evaluations for technology solutions
- Participating in software configuration activities
- Basic programming tasks, particularly in HTML and JS/JSON
- Working with geospatial and non-geospatial data, including extraction, cleaning, and validation
- Identifying relevant datasets for machine learning model training
- Conducting field data collection and analysis
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college program related to computer science, information technology, or a similar field
- No prior experience required, although familiarity with HTML and JS is preferred
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
Performance Expectations:
- Thorough documentation of functional and technical requirements
- Active involvement in process documentation development
- Execution of test cases with attention to detail
- Providing assistance for training sessions
- Engaging in technology solution research and evaluation
- Participation in software configuration tasks
- Basic programming tasks as assigned
