What You'll Do:

You’ll work most closely with our Operations & Technology Associate Manager helping support the day-to-day of our IT & Operations teams. The role may include assisting with help-desk requests, equipment support/inventory, documentation, office support & various other tasks.


This role would include the following and more:


● Assist staff and troubleshoot requests in a friendly, positive, and time-sensitive manner.
● Help maintain a log of known issues & solutions.
● Assist with prepping and inventory of equipment and supplies.


● Assist w/daily in-office duties that may include but are not limited to:

  • Weekly office lunch set-up & break down
  • Weekly office lunch set-up & break down
  • Receiving and sorting incoming mail/packages
  • Supporting office organization and cleanliness
  • Visitor management
  • Routine equipment checks and maintenance


● Internal culture events/activities - ideation and planning.
● Be flexible and creative - everyone on the team manages a wide range of projects.
● Pitch new ideas related to improving IT operations, internal communication, and more.


Who You Are:


● CS/IS, Operations, or similar field of study preferred.
● Familiarity with Apple products, A/V systems and office equipment.
● Well organized, good time management, writing, and multitasking skills.
● Creative problem solver with an ability to suggest improvements & feedback.
● Flexible - able to adjust to new tasks & projects as IT and operations needs change.
● Able to lift boxes/equipment 10-20 lbs+
