Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing Marketing Assistant to join our growing charity marketing team. We want a Marketing Assistant who has a competitive spirit and strong people skills. The Marketing Assistant will work directly with our senior management team to help expand our charity clients' local footprint.

Our Marketing Assistants work in an environment centered on being a part of a team and being included in a family atmosphere. We bring together diverse individuals who have an array of expertise and skills, and potentially help us create progressive promotional event solutions for our clients. We are looking for key individuals to provide customer service and promotional knowledge to our client base.

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Assist with community-based promotional marketing events meant to raise awareness and generate increased donations for our non-profit clients 
  • Collaborate with other organizations and groups within the community to build partnerships and enhance fundraising activities 
  • Promote potential donor excitement and brand connections through community interaction 
  • Basic fundraising 
  • Maintain relationships with business partners, marketing/advertising clients, and stakeholders
     

Marketing Assistant Requirements:

  • Ability to start within two weeks
  • Great people skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Hard-working & determined
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience or college coursework completed 
  • Reliable transportation to the office on a daily basis
