Position Highlights:
As an Operations Intern, you will spend time getting familiar with insurance new business processing and the intricacies of back office functions of an internal marketing organization. You will learn to complete daily tasks of a fast-paced operations department and gain knowledge of the financial services industry while doing so.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
·        Run reports to ensure accuracy of data.
·        Update advisor contracts to reflect current status.
·        Complete daily tasks as assigned.
·        Data Entry into the CRM system.
·        Assist with internal projects as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience:
·        Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
·        Strong attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines.
·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools required, skilled in the use of a personal computer and specialized software. 
·        Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong follow through and sense of urgency, strong relationship building skills and problem solving skills
·        Handles multiple tasks easily and in an orderly fashion
·        Demonstrates ownership of their work & the overall process
