With the introduction of our newsletter, we are expanding our platform to include in-depth analysis and commentary on pop culture phenomena. We are seeking Creative Journalists to contribute original columns that embody the spirit and engagement of our brand.

Role Overview:

We are inviting applications from Creative Journalists passionate about pop culture. Candidates should either possess a degree in journalism, be in the process of obtaining one, or demonstrate a significant passion for pop culture and writing. The selected journalists will develop and write columns for our newsletter, aligning with the interests and engagement levels of our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and pitch innovative column ideas that cater to our pop culture-focused audience.

- Conduct thorough research to stay abreast of current trends and topics within pop culture, ensuring our content remains ahead of the curve.

- Collaborate with team members to align column ideas with our brand’s voice and strategic goals.

- Craft engaging, insightful, and well-researched columns that appeal to our diverse subscriber base.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Holds or is pursuing a degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field; or demonstrates a deep passion and understanding of pop culture.

- Exhibits exceptional writing skills, capable of producing written content that engages and captivates a wide audience.

- Possesses a keen understanding of pop culture trends and the ability to translate these into compelling content.

- Strong research and communication skills, with a commitment to quality, integrity, and creativity in content creation.

- Proactive in proposing and developing content ideas that resonate with both the candidate and our audience.
