JR. APPLICATION DEVCELOPER SUMMARY
The Junior Application Developer’s role is an entry-level software developer that will assists the development team with all aspects of software design and coding.
JR. APPLICATION DEVCELOPER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilizing functional specifications, Junior Application Developer will design user interfaces, Front/Back-end coding, and testing of programs.
- Create and Maintain documentation for applications, incidents, and their known resolutions as well as common best practices of Enterprise Level Systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Create, manage, and track tickets for each support request.
- Ability to create / maintain standardized processes.
- Utilize Change Management Process to obtain approval for environment changes.
- Daily time management and accurate time reporting.
JR. APPLICATION DEVCELOPER EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
The ideal Jr. Application Developer will have a BA in Computer Science or a related degree, and over 1 years’ experience required or equivalent combination. The ideal candidate will have the following computer skills:
- Knowledge of basic coding languages including .NET, C++, HTML5, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of databases and operating systems.
- MS Visual Studio
- Adobe Photoshop (Preferred)
