Event Site Operations Crew - (Part-time, flexible hours) starts at $200/day

Crew members help facilitate the essential needs and infrastructure of events. This includes setting up signage, tables & chairs, building truss structures, installing sponsor activations, ensuring handicap compliance, etc.

Site Ops crew members will get a first-hand, behind-the-scenes experience of how an event develops from start to finish. Dynamic Events' past clients & events include Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, Miami Dolphins, Miami Marathon, Miami Open, iii Points Music Festival, Rolling Loud and others.

Required skills: Crew members must have a good work ethic and critical thinking skills to move quickly in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork is vital to the events industry, so crew members must be able to collaborate and work well with others. Rudimentary knowledge of simple tools is preferred but not required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 or over
• Legally allowed to work in the United States
• Lift over 35 lbs
