Responsibilities include: 

Arriving 10 minutes early 

Boat cleaning and outfitting 

Loading/unloading water toys 

Dock operations and member assistance 

Leading and training dockhands 

Providing exceptional member service 

Opening and closing club 

Boat operation and maintenance tasks 

Reservation software management 

Communication of club rules 

Maintenance of equipment and vests 

Required skills: 

Boat operation knowledge 

Dock management experience 

Proficient in boat maintenance tasks 

Strong communication skills 

Ability to multitask and lead a team
