Our health system is part of a larger organization, Nashville-based Ardent Health Services. Ardent Health Services includes 30 hospitals and more than 200 sites of care.
POSITION SUMMARY
The STEM Intern will have the opportunity to work with leaders and employees within the hospital to work on cutting edge-projects and gain valuable hands-on experience in the STEM field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in design, development and implementation of specific projects or tasks related to STEM.
- Analyze data and present findings to the team.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Utilize programming languages and software tools relevant to STEM field.
- Research and stay updated on emerging technologies and advancements in the STEM domain.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills and stay informed about industry trends.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- Currently enrolled in a STEM-related degree program or a recent graduate.
- No prior experience required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
