This paid internship is located in Chicago, IL and may require in-office attendance up to 5 days per week based on the responsibilities of your role.

About the Team:

We have a software focused artificial intelligence and machine learning internship role within our 312 Labs organization. Our world-class engineers are passionate about delivering industry best mobile innovation and this is an exciting opportunity to join the team located in the heart of downtown Chicago.

The Core AI group within 312 Labs is responsible for delivering full software stacks across a variety of concept and production devices and services. We dive deep into a wide variety of stacks delivering new and cutting-edge consumer experiences leveraging the latest technologies.

Description and Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Summer 2024 Intern to join our team and assist in the development of our Core AI Android software architecture.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with our talented engineering professionals, engage in problem-solving, review and gain essential knowledge of on-device and hybrid AI architecture and solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Contribute to our continued development of Core AI software architecture

Collaborate with external teams to ensure effective and timely integration of new functionality and end-to-end experiences

Study the latest advancements in AI/ML and related technologies

Basic Qualifications:

Current enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's degree program in computer science or a related field.

Knowledge of AI/ML techniques and frameworks

Experience in mobile development (Android/iOS) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Preferred Qualifications:

Interest in application of Artificial Intelligence

Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
