Job Description:
Our company is on the lookout for talented interns to join our team and contribute to our company’s business development while learning a set curriculum (one of several tracks, i.e. social media management, data-driven content creation, analytics, etc.). Our interns will maintain and learn strategies to grow presence across a diverse array of sports platforms through integrated marketing campaigns. Candidates will learn an account’s unique audience and be able to craft compelling content tailored to their interests. Uniquely among our competitors, our internship program provides candidates with the ability to also develop creative, self-made content in which they have a physical media presence on the account.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing and communication strategies for chosen sport.
  • Create engaging content, including videos, images, and written posts, that showcase the excitement and passion of each sport.
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, athletes, and influencers to develop and execute promotional campaigns and partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, particularly within the sports industry.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to track the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.
