Job Description:

Mykamanda, an entertainment incubator, is partnering with a new luxury development company to build a new multi-land and island masterplanned luxury resort community. We are looking for talented and motivated students majoring in urban planning, architecture, interior design, construction management, land development, or a related field to join our team and help us make pitch decks, develop ideas, and plan for the construction of our community.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of the master plan for the community, including resort amenities
• Design and create renderings of individual components of the community, such as housing, schools, parks, and commercial space, as well as resort amenities
• Provide estimates of the cost and timeline for building the community, including resort amenities
• Develop a plan for building the community and keep it on track, including resort amenities
• Communicate with investors and other stakeholders throughout the process, including resort amenities

Qualifications:

• Currently majoring in urban planning, architecture, interior design, construction management, land development, or a related field
• Strong design and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
