Family Law Associate (3 to 10 years of experience)

Hanson Crawford Crum Family Law Group is one of the most prestigious family law firms in Northern California. We handle complex family law matters – often involving sophisticated business issues, venture capital, private equity, and intricate real estate structures – for clients in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Marin. We are looking for a smart, experienced, team-oriented associate attorney to join our booming practice.

Responsibilities:

·       Assist partners with all aspects of a case from start to finish, including at Hearings and in Mediation.

·       Conduct Legal Research.

·       Draft Pleadings, including Declarations, Memorandum of Points and Authorities, Motions, and Trial Pleadings.

·       Prepare and respond to Discovery requests.

Qualifications:

·       Licensed California attorney with at least three years of prior experience, preferably in Family Law litigation.

·       Ability to think critically and apply legal reasoning to complex issues.

·       Excellent research and writing skills, including drafting of Declarations, Memorandum of Points and Authority, Motions, and Trial Pleadings.

·       Self-motivated with a desire to be an integral part of a team.

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

·       Experience working with clients on financial Disclosures and Discovery.

·       J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
