Duties

At the entry level of this position, you will:

• Observe and/or assist senior staff with site inspections at regulated facilities where problems typically are easy to identify and conventional in nature.
• Investigate a segment of routine violations of environmental laws and assist in preparation of enforcement actions.
• Under close supervision and direction, provide routine regulatory compliance assistance during recurring inspections, investigations, and compliance assistance visits.
• Assemble case files for civil and criminal actions.
