Corporate Sales Manager

The Corporate Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth for Water Taxi of Fort Lauderdale. This position involves maintaining and expanding partnerships with reseller partners, prospecting and pursuing new leads, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the sales team.

The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for maintain accurate records in Salesforce, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting the company through networking events and training sessions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Reseller Partner Management:

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with current reseller partners.
  • Conduct regular in/person check-in meetings based on partner tiers (monthly for tier 1, bi-monthly for tier 2, and quarterly for tier3)

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and pursue new leads and opportunities within the target list, focusing on hotels and restaurants.
  • Cold call prospective clients and initiate contact with tier 1 and 2 decision-makers, such as the Director of Sales.
  • Keep accurate records of all leads and interactions in the Salesforce database

3. Salesforce.com Management:

  • Ensure all lead and opportunity information is accurately entered and regularly updated in the Salesforce database
  • Log all sales-related calls and meetings.
  • Record meeting notes and follow-up actions in Salesforce.com

4. Group Training and Support:

  • Host group training sessions for staff at new partner restaurants and hotels to educate them about Water Taxi services and promote partnerships success.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to reseller partners.

5. Networking and Referral Business:

  • Identify and join local networking events to generate new referral business opportunities.
  • Represent Water Taxi of Fort Lauderdale professionally and establish a strong presence within the local business community.
