Associate Recruiter

The Associate Recruiter for the Government team of ECS will assist with all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, administrative tasks, and customer service. You will work with two Client Representatives with active books of business and will gain the experience and skills required to become a successful representative in our organization.

 

Responsibilities:

     * Actively scrub web pages for job orders

     * Cover when the client representative is out of the office

     * Assist with payroll and accounting issues

     * Assist with putting together presentation bundles for clients

     * Follow-up on open presentations and extensions in absence of PR/CR or as needed

     * Create jobs in our recruiting management system

     * Audit credentialing profiles to ensure assignments are on track to start

 

Qualifications:

     * Strong customer experience orientation

     * Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple projects while prioritizing accordingly

     * Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail

 

Education & Years of Experience:

     * College level education or equivalent work experience

     * Experience supporting a sales team

 

Preferred Skills:

     * Work experience in healthcare or staffing industries

     * Experience supporting enterprise clients

 

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $29,721 -- $72,172 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

 

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
