Sociology Content Writer and Researcher

Do you enjoy researching and writing and have a passion for sociology and education?
 

UITAC Publishing is looking for a Content Writer and Research Intern to 

• conduct educational market research
• collect and write descriptions for supplementary videos and readings
• cross-reference theoretical concepts
• create stylized resources and educational materials that will be used in college classrooms
   

The Intern Content Writer and Researcher will collaborate with sociology professors and grad students on the UITAC content team to develop courseware for sociology courses, including but not limited to Research Methods, Sociological Theory, Sex and Gender, Marriage and Family, and Criminology.
 

UITAC Publishing provides weekly 1-1 supervision so students can receive feedback and ask questions for continued professional development. This position is remote, with the opportunity for in-person meetings for students in the DFW area. 
 

**Internship periods are tentative and can be adjusted to meet intern needs. We are looking for content interns for fall 2023 and spring 2024.
