GOGlobal Trainee Marketing Commercial, Healthcare

Your Role:

Through this program, you will get to know the multiple aspects of our Marketing (e.g., Market Intelligence, Digital Marketing, Brand / Product Management, Market Access and Pricing) and Commercial organization (e.g., Global and Local Strategic Account Panning, Patient Support Services) and gain insights into our Franchise Strategies (e.g., Global Brand Plans). The two years will prepare you for a future career in the Marketing or Commercial functions of our Healthcare Biopharma Business. Your individual rotation plan will consist of three rotations, at least one will be with a global team and at least one at a local affiliate. Your first assignment will be at our home base in Rockland, MA; your second assignment will be international at one of our subsidiaries, and the third assignment will be back at the home base, in Rockland. These assignments spanning global and local affiliate will broaden your experience and deepen your perspective on the different function and business areas in our Healthcare Biopharma Business.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree or Ph. D. in Natural Sciences (eg. Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, etc.) or Business Administration (eg. Accounting, Marketing, Finance, etc.)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Outstanding academic performance
  • International experience
  • Practical experience via internships within a commercial or marketing function or related fields in the healthcare industry
  • Highly self-motivated and passionate for discovering solutions to challenging problems
  • High level of ownership and proactive attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills including analytical thinking and ability to balance several on-going projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with working in an international and multi-cultural matrix organization
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to communicate in German or other languages
