Social Media Manager, Videographer, Helping to create content

Position Overview: As our Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence, building brand awareness, and driving engagement with our target audience. You'll be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies that showcase our properties, highlight our expertise, and foster meaningful connections with potential buyers and sellers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and curate captivating visual and written content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to promote listings, open houses, and special events.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use data-driven insights to measure the success of social media efforts, track key performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with real estate trends, industry news, and competitors to inform content and strategy.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Innovation: Identify new social media trends, tools, and platforms to keep our company at the forefront of digital marketing in real estate.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management tools, and analytics.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Creativity and an eye for design.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry trends is a plus.
  • A passion for social media and a dedication to staying current with industry changes.
