Our Corporate Events Staff play a pivotal role in the success of our multidimensional events. We’re looking for motivated individuals who can bring their dynamic energy, communication abilities, and attention to detail to deliver outstanding experiences.

We’re Advantage DMS, a destination, meeting, and corporate event management company. We provide area expertise to clients looking for customized services, such as area tours & activities, dine-arounds, special events, décor, full productions, and transportation.

The Role and Qualifications:
Within the Corporate Event Staff role, you will need to provide a superior level of personalized service and professionalism. Specific tasks include supervision of groups, logistics implementation, and on-site management of activities, dine-arounds, events, ground transportation, and airport arrivals / departures.
You will need:
- Excellent guest service skills and high level of professionalism
- Precise and fluent communication (e.g., when on-route, summarizing flow of activity, etc.)
- Ability to take directions and work well with clients, guests, vendors, fellow staff, and Program Managers
- Organization and time management skills (e.g., guiding guests to a specific location at a precise time)
- Eye for attention and proactiveness in order to anticipate needs, assess situations, and act accordingly
- Neat, well-groomed appearance and positive attitude
- May require the ability to stand, walk, and carry (e.g., signage) for longer periods of time
This role is a flexible, freelance position based on a per event basis. Event hours and days vary. Our busy months range from October to May.
Your own vehicle is needed as programs can extend anywhere within Miami and Broward County, sometimes Palm Beach, though you specify any availability/ location preferences.
