As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire a Sales Enablement Specialist to work on Andiamo’s Business Development team.

About the job:

As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Andiamo, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team by providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and support to excel in their roles. You will work closely with our Business Development Managers, the Vice President of Talent Solutions, and various teams within the company to ensure our sales processes are optimized and our Business Development team is well-equipped to achieve their targets. This is an emerging team at Andiamo where there will be a lot to learn and a huge impact to be had on our company’s long-term growth. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Research and prospect leads to build a strong and consistent business development pipeline. 
  • Manage sales enablement tools, such as CRM systems, sales automation software, and content management platforms (ZoomInfo, HubSpot, LinkedIn).
  • Develop and maintain messaging templates and outreach sequences for engaging with new prospects.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of messaging and outreach strategies, adjusting as needed to improve prospect engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with business development, marketing, operations, and recruiting colleagues to connect with our target audiences cohesively and effectively. 
  • Develop and execute quarterly and bi-weekly plans with specific, measurable goals. 
  • Continuously update and expand organized spreadsheets to track tech companies, including funding details and key contacts, ensuring the sales team has a consistent flow of high-potential leads.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing sales performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to a wide audience at differing levels of technical sophistication.
  • Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, and function in a small team environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem resolution, and follow-through skills.  
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize immediate, short-term goals and simultaneously focus on strategic, long-term goals. 
  • Exhibit high degree of initiative and critical-thinking skills utilizing results and data in exercising independent judgment. 
  • An entrepreneurial mind-set and positive approach, while being a valuable team contributor. 
  • Strong user skills in MS Office and Google platforms, basic knowledge of sales processes knowledge and CRM tools like HubSpot and ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
