Job Summary:
AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. The Graphic Design intern will gain hands-on experience working within a Design department, learning from experts in sports entertainment. The intern will assist in graphic design projects and collaborate with experienced creative professionals. The intern will work on challenging and engaging projects such as brand development, asset development for partners, photography treatments, and season planning.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to support building out Creative Projects for partners and the LA Kings brand
- Support the Creative department with asset development such as cutting out images to be used in creative, developing new projects or concepts, and supporting select Creative project development
- Assist with AEG Community Foundation’s grantmaking and corporate giving initiatives
- Designer may be encouraged to present ideas and new concepts to the team
- Special projects as assigned in line with the designer’s expertise or interests
Qualifications:
- To be eligible for this internship you must be a current student pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
- Passion for sports and live entertainment
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Forms)
- Experience with Adobe CC; including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat
- Experience with layout, color theory, and typography skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong multi-tasker

Pay Scale: $17.00 - $19.00
