Business Development Internship
About the Internship:
Choice Media & Communications is seeking a Business Development intern for Spring 2024 (January - May). We are looking for sharp and savvy candidates with a great deal of initiative, strong work ethic, warmth, superior writing and communication skills and a genuine passion for the lifestyle and entertainment clientele Choice serves. This will be a non-paid internship with the opportunity for school credit. Interns will be required to work 10 - 20 hours a week. Interns can work remotely.
As a Business Development intern, you will have the opportunity to:
- Assist in brainstorm and research of new clients for Choice as a whole
- Assist in outreach to potential clients and conduct initial communication
- Shadow Business Development Manager on Briefing calls and Proposals to potential clients
- Help with other aspects of Choice as needed (PR, Business Development, etc)
Qualifications:
- Have the ability to work remotely with personal computer or laptop, as well as Wifi capability
- Strong organization ability with keen attention to detail
- Be self-motivated
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Be able to use and manage Excel documents
