Real Estate Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Summary: As a Real Estate Marketing and Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of our real estate team, contributing to the success of our property marketing efforts and providing administrative support. Your role requires a deep understanding of social media, marketing, CRM, data input, and content creation for social media, specifically tailored to the real estate industry.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote real estate listings. To get real estate leads from these.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content, including property photos, videos, and virtual tours.
  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to inquiries, and engage with potential buyers and sellers.
  • Assist in planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and email.

2. Content Creation:

  • Generate captivating property descriptions, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletter and marketing materials to showcase properties.
  • Design visually appealing flyers, brochures, and virtual tours.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with our branding and conveys the unique selling points of each property.

3. CRM Management:

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with property listings, client information, and communications.
  • Segment and target client lists for personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in tracking leads and client interactions for follow-up.

 

4. Market Research:

  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Compile market research reports and share findings with the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Social media platforms, CRM software Constant Contact, and others.
  • Strong creative and copywriting skills for content creation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with real estate-specific software and tools (e.g., MLS listings platforms) is advantageous.
  • A passion for real estate and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Part Time, hours flexible.  No car required. Office located on Brickell Avenue.
