P&C Talent Acquisition Intern, Summer 2024

WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE

This 10-week internship will teach you about Talent Acquisition within human resources and the value we bring to our organization through recruitment, candidate experience and hiring manager partnership. You will learn candidate sourcing, interviewing skills and candidate attraction through job boards and social media activity. This position will be based out of Dallas, TX.

Our 2024 summer internship program will begin June 2024 and last through August 2024. To be eligible, you must be a college student during the time of the internship program.

Responsibilities

HOW YOU ADD VALUE

  • Attract top talent to Revantage
  • Engage with passive candidates
  • Assess and interview potential hires
  • Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team
  • Post jobs to various job boards and social media sites
  • Complete post acceptance administrative tasks related to offer letter, resumes and transition email to hiring manager
  • Audit candidate information within applicant management system as needed

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

Required:

  • Current junior undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution (graduating 2025)
  • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
  • Ability to work in Dallas in a full-time capacity for 10 weeks, beginning in June of 2024
