Recruiting Marketing Intern

Position Summary

Work with the Corporate Affairs and Talent Acquisition teams to develop creative recruitment branding materials and communications resources across multiple mediums, including web-based graphics, print and video. Work closely with other design staff to ensure the consistency of all creative learning solutions. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. This internship will line up with your fall academic calendar and will be full-time with in-person office days in our Cincinnati, OH office.

Essential Job Functions
Collaborate with team members to develop effective creative solutions/treatments across multiple channels, including print, broadcast, web-based and other emerging media

Support Talent Acquisition initiatives by completing assigned tasks promptly and accurately
Incorporate style guide and brand standards into creative work

Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new concepts and ideas
Assist in developing creative content for all available mediums

Partner with key stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging throughout the design process

Demonstrate impact on business objectives by evaluating performance of deployed campaign and message strategies with relevant KPIs/outcomes

Ensure final products are developed within specifications for desired channels
