Social Media Intern
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Social Media Intern. This internship opportunity will provide hands-on experience in managing and engaging with our social media community across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Spanish language, possess in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, and be familiar with best practices for effective community management.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on our Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok accounts
- Engage with followers, answer questions, and foster positive interactions to maintain a vibrant and engaged community
- Assist in managing a private Facebook group, ensuring member engagement and facilitating discussions
- Regularly moderate and respond to comments on Facebook ads to ensure a positive and informative experience for potential customers
- Stay up to date with current social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to optimize engagement and reach
- Collaborate with the social media team to develop strategies to increase follower growth and engagement
- Help create and schedule social media content when needed, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand's voice and guidelines
- Provide regular reports and insights on community sentiment, engagement metrics, and customer feedback
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with Spanish-speaking audience members
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
- Familiarity with best practices for community management, engagement, and social media marketing
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to the team
- Reliable and punctual, able to meet deadlines and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
