Attorney II - Labor and Employment

The City of Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking an Attorney II – Labor and Employment. The primary purpose of this position is to provide labor and employment related legal services that are of varying mixture and complexity to the City and other assigned clients. 

Open requirements include:
  • Graduation from an accredited law school.
  • Possession of a Florida license to practice law.
  • Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in the practice of labor and employment law. 
  • Professional legal experience in government is preferred. 
  • Admissions and memberships in other organizations or to practice before courts may be required depending upon the respective practice group.
