[Onsite] Marketing Intern - Video Editing

Location: Onsite in San Jose, CA

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Intern with experience in video editing to join our vibrant marketing team. You will play a crucial role in editing content into engaging and visually captivating film to support our company's initiatives. Your technical experience in video editing software and your creative vision will contribute to our overall marketing strategy and enhance our brand's online presence. Candidates who are able to work on-site at our San Jose office, have weekend availability, and can work at least 3 months are highly preferred.

What You Will Do:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and edit impactful video content for various marketing campaigns, including but not limited to brand awareness and social media promotions
  • Create and schedule compelling social media content across various platforms, including Wechat, RED, and Tiktok to build brand awareness and engage our audience
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to foster positive relationships
  • Edit and enhance raw video footage to produce high-quality marketing videos that align with brand guidelines and effectively convey key messages
  • Proficiency using video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, or other relevant tools) to add visual effects, transitions, graphics, and other elements
  • Stay updated on social media trends, techniques, and practices to continuously improve content creation
 
How You Can Be Qualified:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, multimedia, or a related field
  • Able to read and write in Mandarin
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in video-editing, preferably in a marketing or creative/educational setting
  • Proficiency in video editing software
  • Strong creative and visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Familiarity with video formats, compression techniques, and online video platforms
  • Understanding of social media platforms and their video specifications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to multi-task
