Marketing Coordinator

Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the National Association for Continuing Education (NACE), a continuing medical education division of Haymarket. The position is based in our offices in Sunrise, Florida currently operating onsite two days per week.
In this important and highly visible role, the Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Marketing Director as well as the Marketing Manager in the promotion and delivery of virtual events, live events, podcasts, and online continuing medical education courses for NACE. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Owning campaign delivery of all educational campaigns - live virtual meetings, online CME/CE courses, podcasts, product theaters, and more activities
  • Working on all marketing campaigns to ensure achievement of participation goals for each educational initiative
  • Producing and scheduling daily emails, including copywriting, html edits, testing, and scheduling 
  • Coordinating with our PPC team to promote events/activities within Facebook and other ad platforms
  • Creating ad modules on Naceonline.com to increase event/activity awareness to help with delivery
  • Assisting team with campaign promotions across all Haymarket Medical Network marketing levers - banner ads, ad modules, etc.
  • Reviewing analytics on performance to better inform marketing efforts
  • Other marketing initiatives, as assigned
 
Skills and Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • BA/BS degree required in Marketing or Communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including creative/copywriting experience 
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Self-starter who can multitask, solve problems, and take ownership of projects
  • Experience in HTML, Canva, and Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
  • Experience with Constant Contact, Eloqua or other Email Service Providers is a plus

The National Association of Continuing Education (NACE) provides live and enduring CE activities that include face-to-face conferences, virtual conferences, and online enduring CE. Instructional designs for the activities include didactic and interactive, case-based presentations, question and answer sessions, faculty-led conversations, virtual patient cases, recorded webcasts, and interactive monographs.
NACE was awarded Accreditation with Commendation by the ACCME and is an approved provider of continuing education by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
