Associate, Corporate Hospitality


Job Description
The Corporate Services team is dedicated to customer service and hospitality by providing all employees and clients with an exceptional overall experience from the moment they enter a Dimensional building.  This position will provide support to the Corporate Services department through the day-to-day meeting management, building operations, and global collaboration.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate effectively with global Dimensional offices on meeting management.
  • Assist with employee visitor management by documenting arrival dates, seating assignments, and ensuring that workstations are ready prior to their visit.
  • Provide high level service for internal/external employees and clientele through active listening and timely responses.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of desk and office moves. 
  • Serve as main point of contact for special meeting needs.
  • Support for employee onboarding & offboarding.
  • Assist with occupancy reporting.
  • Provide back-up support for mailroom as needed. 
  • Uphold building and operational security processes and procedures.
  • Prepare and distribute building evacuation roster and procedures monthly.
  • Check building AEDs monthly and report in PlusTrac.
  • Review and walk office spaces throughout the day, confirming everything is working order.
  • Serve as a building representative for life safety and evacuation procedures.
  • Assist with Events team when required.
  • Order items for kitchens.  
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two years of hospitality, retail or office administration is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn additional programs as needed
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple calendars
  • Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Able to work equally well in a team environment and independently
  • Excellent customer service engagement
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs

For this position, which is subject to credentials, industry experience, education, training/certifications, [and/or geographic differentials], Dimensional reasonably expects to pay a salary range of: $45,000 - $55,000
This role may also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
