HR Analyst I

Overview


The HR Data Analyst I is primarily responsible for will be responsible for managing and analyzing human resource information system (HRIS) data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, administering employee records, creating job codes, and generating reports. The role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with an understanding of HR systems and processes. This role will provide general HR data support to Total Rewards, HR managers, and Talent Acquisition in the form of reporting, quality assurance data review, assisting and managing job code creation, and people data maintenance. This role will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of compensation related data, including salary and incentive plan data in HR data systems. May participate in, and collaborate with various cross-functional Total Rewards and HR projects Role, as well as collaborate with HR and HR compliance on employee classification audits and analysis in accordance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Will also routinely create standard HR reports and conduct checks of data, working within the HR organization to correct as necessary.


Responsibilities


· Manage and maintain HRIS data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity by following internal practices and reviewing external best practice for adoption
· Administer employee records, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
· Create and maintain job codes and titles within broader job code structure
· Generate regular and ad hoc reports on HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and diversity. May be involved in support on more complex reporting and dashboards
· Provide support to Total Rewards Team, and broader HR team members on data-related issues
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
· Ensure compliance with all HR data privacy and security regulations
